How much storage does a user get?
All BYU employees and students are allotted 10GB. Once a user reaches at least 90% of the 10 GB quota limit, an email will be sent to the user notifying them that they are close filling their quota.
Note: At the end of the Fall, Winter, and Summer semesters all Cloud Apps Storage data will be cleared.
Users will receive an email notifying them to save / download (see how to save/download files) their data stored in Cloud Apps Storage before it is cleared.
